Basic Life Support Class
Basic Life Support (BLS) classes are instructional courses designed to teach individuals the fundamental techniques and procedures for providing immediate care to individuals experiencing cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or other life-threatening emergencies. These classes typically cover CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) techniques for adults, children, and infants, as well as the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs). Here at Real Life CPR, we ensure you’re trained, certified, and confident when leaving one of our BLS classes in the DMV.
All of our emergency training is certified through the American Heart Association/ American Red Cross.

Our basic life support training classes are led by certified and experienced instructors who effectively teach proper life-saving techniques, explain vital concepts clearly, and address all of our student’s questions and/or concerns.
BLS Certification Near Me
We offer BLS certification classes across the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia region. The successful completion of our BLS training course meets recognized standards. BLS Washington DC
Our hands-on BLS training is available in Washington DC, and select Maryland and Virginia areas.
Basic Life Support Certified
Our American Heart Association BLS training provides courses as an authorized trainer in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia region. Real Life CPR is certified by both the AHA and American Red Cross.
BLS Renewal Online
Our BLS refresher course keeps you remain certified and up-to-speed with life-saving training. Our hybrid BLS training course features a 50% in person and 50% online structure. Enjoy more flexibility with Real Life CPR’s BLS and emergency training.
AED Training Classes
Training on how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is included, as AEDs are often an essential part of the chain of survival in cardiac emergencies. AEDs are also available for purchase.
