Our Business Class Contract

This CPR Class Contract ("Contract") is made between Real Life CPR and the undersigned ("Organizer"). By signing this Contract, both parties agree to the terms outlined herein.
  1. Class Confirmation
  • Confirmation of Students: The Organizer must confirm the total number of students attending the CPR class at least 3 days before the scheduled date. Once confirmed, any changes made will result in additional fees and/or cancellation. You will still be charged the confirmed price if the agreed amount of students does not show up. Please communicate the class date, time, and location with your staff. We suggest having a list of students who can replace students who cannot make it.
  • Changes to Classes: Once the class is confirmed, any changes to the number of students or class details are prohibited and may result in additional fees or cancellation of the class.
  1. Minimum Enrollment Requirement/Maximum Student
  • Minimum Students: A minimum of six (6) students is required for company classes.
  • An additional instructor fee may be charged if the maximum number of students per instructor exceeds the maximum. The American Red Cross allows twelve (12) students per instructor. The American Heart Association allows nine (9) students per instructor.
  1. Invoicing and Payment
  • Invoicing: Invoices will be sent to the Organizer 3 days before the class date.
  • Payment Terms: All invoices must be paid within 14 business days. Certification cards will not be released until full payment is received. The confirmed number of students will be billed. Please make sure managers and supervisors provide an accurate count. Once confirmation has been made, any changes could result in additional fees and/or cancellation.
  1. Class Format
  • Hybrid/Blended (Skill Check) Learning: Approximately 2hrs
  • Classroom: Approximately 4+ hours, depending on the class being taught.
  1. Attendance and Participation
  • Student Attendance: All students must stay for the entire class and actively participate in all activities. If a student should need to leave early, they will need to reschedule class for another date.
  • Rescheduling Due to Non-Compliance: Failure to attend the full class or participate will result in the student being rescheduled for another class, and applicable fees will be charged.
  • Lateness Policy: Students arriving more than 15 minutes late must reschedule; a rescheduling fee will be applied.
  1. Acknowledgment
  • By signing below, the Organizer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
