Refund Policy

REAL LIFE CPR – NO REFUND POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT UPON BOOKING

By booking any class, service, or training with Real Life CPR—via phone, email, website, or in person—you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement applies without exception to:

• Individual clients
• Business entities
• Nonprofit organizations
• Volunteers
• Churches and religious institutions

2. ALL SALES FINAL – NO REFUNDS

All purchases made to Real Life CPR are final and non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Personal conflicts
• Missed classes
• Dissatisfaction with content or delivery
• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Mistaken bookings not immediately reported

Once a payment is processed, no refunds or reversals will be issued.

3. BOOKING THE WRONG CLASS

If you book the incorrect class:

• Notify us immediately after booking (before completing any course components), and we will allow one free switch.
• If you complete any course part (e.g., online content) or attend class before notifying us, you will be charged a $50 rebooking fee per student.

If a student or booking party (including businesses, nonprofits, churches, or volunteers) confirms and accepts the class details and later determines that the class booked was incorrect, a $50 per-student rebooking fee will be assessed.

4. NO CHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CLASS

Due to materials and supplies being ordered in advance:

• No changes may be made to any class or training within 14 days of the scheduled date.
• For office-based classes, any change requested within 14 days may result in your registration being moved to the next available office class date, at Real Life CPR’s discretion.
• For on-site (mobile) trainings, if changes are made within 14 days, you may forfeit your original date and be required to pay a $50 reschedule fee per student.

5. TRAVEL FEES FOR ON-SITE CLASSES

If Real Life CPR is required to travel to your location for training:

• A base travel fee of $60 will apply.
• If the training site is more than 25 miles from Real Life CPR headquarters, an additional charge of $0.60 per mile (beyond the initial 25 miles) will apply.
• Total mileage will be calculated round-trip.

6. RESCHEDULING & VOUCHER POLICY

Clients may request to reschedule or receive a class voucher under the following conditions:

• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Requests made within 48 hours will incur a $50 late change fee unless Real Life CPR approves an emergency. Fee waivers are at our sole discretion.
• Vouchers are valid for 60 days and are non-transferable.
• Only one reschedule is permitted. Additional requests may result in forfeiture or extra charges.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for reviewing and understanding these policies before booking. These Terms and Conditions are available:

• On the Real Life CPR website
• Through booking confirmations and email correspondence
• By phone or in-person interaction

Failure to review these policies does not exempt any client from compliance.

8. CHARGEBACKS & MATERIAL BREACH

Initiating a chargeback or dispute after agreeing to these terms constitutes a material breach of this contract. In such cases:

• Real Life CPR will respond with all relevant documentation, attendance logs, signed agreements, and communication history.
• A $350 administrative fee will be assessed for time, labor, and legal resources used to dispute and resolve the matter.
• Real Life CPR reserves the right to pursue collections or legal action to recover all funds and fees.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Real Life CPR is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Inclement weather
• Natural disasters
• Public health emergencies
• Government restrictions
• Facility disruptions

In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Rescheduling or credit may be granted at Real Life CPR’s discretion.

10. GOVERNING LAW

The laws of the State of Pennsylvania govern this agreement. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of York, Pennsylvania, and all clients consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking a class with Real Life CPR, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This policy is binding regardless of how your booking was submitted.
